Introduction to Pragmatic Clinical Trials: A Research Methodology Workshop

The Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research (SCPOR) in collaboration with the Clinical Trial Support Unit (CTSU) will be hosting a workshop to introduce attendees to Pragmatic Clinical Trials. The workshop will be led by Scott Corley, Director of the CTSU.

 The workshop will explore

• Attributes of traditional Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)

• Features of Pragmatic Clinical Trials (PCTs)

• Comparison of RCTs to PCTs

• A pragmatic approach to pragmatic trials
